Membership Info
Membership in OCA is available to students, faculty and staff of The University of Alabama, Auburn University (effective June 1, 2011!), Shelton State Community College, and Stillman College.
You can join OCA at any time by filling out our easy online application!
When you join, you select the utilities you want us to cover.
We then send Service Requests to the utilities letting them know when & where you want your service, and that we are covering your deposits - so you don't have to pay them!
You DO NOT have to contact the utility companies - OCA will do that for you!
There is NO CREDIT CHECK when you join OCA!
If you didn't know about OCA and have already made your service requests - we can STILL cover your deposits if you join OCA!
