We will accept any of the three following ways to prove your identity:
Photo or Scan of your School ID:
You can take a photo of your School ID Card or scan it and upload it as part of the application (click on upload button under the proof section) OR email it to info@JoinOCA.com from your school email address.
OR
Fax a copy of your ID to us at (205) 210-4282. Please write your name and your student ID # on the fax so we can match it with your application.
OR
Send us an Enrollment Verification from your online Student Account (Instructions below for each school):
ALABAMA:
Login to your MyBama Account. Click on the Student Tab. In the
Banner Student Services Box, Click on Student Services, then Student
Records. Choose "View Student Information." Choose the current term.
Once the information is displayed hit ctrl+a on your keyboard to
highlight all the information. Once all information is highlighted, hit
ctrl+c to copy the information. Now click on the email icon at the top
of the page to enter your myBama email account. Go to the Message area
and hit ctrl+v to paste the information into the message area. Send
this email to info@bamaoca.com and use EV as the subject line. Click
Send and you're all done!
AUBURN:
Instructions for providing OCA with Enrollment Verification:
Login to your Tiger-i Account. Click on the Student Tab. In the
Banner Student Services Box, Click on Student Services, then Student
Records. Choose "View Student Information." Choose the current term.

highlight all the information. Once all information is highlighted, hit
ctrl+c to copy the information. Now click on the email icon at the top
of the page to enter your Tiger-i email account. Go to the Message
area and hit ctrl+v to paste the information into the message area.
Send this email to info@JoinOCA.com and use EV as the subject line.
Click Send and you're all done!
SHELTON:
Go to www.SheltonState.edu. Login to your online student account.
Choose Registration. Choose the term for which you are registered. As
soon as it loads, hit Ctrl+a to copy the entire page. Create an email
as you normally would, and address it to info@JoinOCA.com. In the body
of the message hit ctrl+V to paste the registration information in the
email. Enter the Subject as "EV" and hit send. All done!
STILLMAN:
We need a current student to help us with writing the instructions
for your online verification. If you are willing to help, send us an
email to info@JoinOCA.com. Thanks!!
Don't have your ID yet? If you have been accepted to an eligible school but do not yet have your student ID, you can fax us a copy of your acceptance letter along with a copy of a photo ID or you can forward us an official email from the school from your school email account.
