Renew or reinstate your membership!

Renewing online is the easiest and most convenient way to renew (between August 1 - Sept. 30) or reinstate (after Oct. 1) your OCA membership.

 

The annual renewal fee is $20 and is prorated if you first joined OCA between October 1, 2010 and May 30, 2011.

 

If you first joined after June 1, 2011 - you don't have to renew until August, 2012!


If you first joined OCA between October 1, 2010 and May 30, 2011 you can email us at info@JoinOCA.com to obtain your renewal fee discount code.  

 

Before filling out the application, here's a few things you need to know:

    1. If you didn't renew on time (by Sept. 30) you can reinstate your membership for $30.
    2. Have your credit card or debit card handy so you can pay your fees as soon as you submit your application. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through Google Checkout or Paypal. We also accept checks.
    3. Know which method you will use to prove your identity to OCA.
    4. If you have a new address, be 100% sure of the address where you will need service, the date your lease begins & ends, the utility services you will need, and your landlord's name and telephone number.
