Acceptable Proof of Eligibility for Joining or Renewing OCA Online
We will accept ANY of the three Following Methods for proving your ID and
eligibility:
Photo or Scan of Student ID (Action Card)
You can scan your ID or take a Digital Photo of it and email
the file to us at info@bamaoca.com
OR
Enrollment Verification from Your MyBama Account
1. Log in to your MyBama Account.
2. Go to the Student Tab
3. Under the "Banner Self Help" Box, choose Student Services
4. Next choose Student Records
5. Then choose View Student Information (usually about the 7th item in the list) and choose the current term on the next page.
6. Once the information is displayed, hit ctrl+a on your keyboard (hold down the control key then hit a) to highlight all the information on the page.
7. Once the information is highlighted, hit ctrl+c on your keyboard (hold down the control key then hit c) to copy the information to the Windows Clipboard.
8. Click on the email icon at the top of the page to open your MyBama email account. For the "TO" email address, enter info@bamaoca.com. For the "SUBJECT" enter EV (short for Enrollment Verification) and your name. Put your cursor in the Message Section and hit ctrl+v (hold the control key and hit v) to paste your Student Information into the message area.
9. Hit Send, and you're all done!OR

Be sure to write your name and CWID on the fax so that we
will be able to match your fax with your application!
