Acceptable Proof of Eligibility for Joining or Renewing OCA Online
We will accept ANY of the three Following Methods for proving your ID and
eligibility:
Photo or Scan of Student ID (Action Card)
You can scan your ID or take a Digital Photo of it and email
the file to us at info@bamaoca.com or upload it as part of the application.
OR
UA Students: Enrollment Verification from Your MyBama Account
1. Log in to your MyBama Account.
2. Go to the Student Tab
3. Under the "Banner Self Help" Box, choose Student Services
4. Next choose Student Records
5. Then choose View Student Information (usually about the 7th item in the list) and choose the current term on the next page.
6. Once the information is displayed, hit ctrl+a on your keyboard (hold down the control key then hit a) to highlight all the information on the page.
7. Once the information is highlighted, hit ctrl+c on your keyboard (hold down the control key then hit c) to copy the information to the Windows Clipboard.
8. Click on the email icon at the top of the page to open your MyBama email account. For the "TO" email address, enter info@bamaoca.com. For the "SUBJECT" enter EV (short for Enrollment Verification) and your name. Put your cursor in the Message Section and hit ctrl+v (hold the control key and hit v) to paste your Student Information into the message area.
9. Hit Send, and you're all done! OR
Fax a copy of your ID to (205) 210-4282.
Be sure to write your name and CWID (UA) or Student Number (Shelton State) on the fax so that we
will be able to match your fax with your application!
If you have been accepted to The University or Shelton but haven't registered for classes or had your student ID made, but have been assigned a MyBama Account, you can log in to your MyBama Account or Shelton State email account and forward us any email you have received regarding your Admission or Orientation. Just forward the email to info@BamaOCA.com.
If you have been accepted to The University or Shelton and have not yet been assigned a MyBama Account or Shelton State Student Account, please fax a copy of your Letter of Acceptance or other official letter to us at 205-210-4282 or scan a copy of the letter and email it to info@BamaOCA.com.
Shelton Students: Enrollment Verification from Your Shelton Student Acct:
1. Log in to your Shelton State Student Account.
2. Click on "View My Schedule"
3. Choose the most recent (or upcoming) semester and hit Search
4. When the schedule loads, hit ctrl+a on your keyboard (hold down the control key and then hit a) to highlight all the information on the page.
5. Once the information is highlighted, hit ctrl+c on your keyboard (hold down the control key then hit c) to copy the information to the Windows Clipboard.
6. Open your email program. For the "TO" email address, enter info@bamaoca.com. For the "SUBJECT" enter EV (short for Enrollment Verification) and your name. Put your cursor in the Message Section and hit ctrl+v (hold the control key and hit v) to paste your Student Information into the message area.
9. Hit Send, and you're all done! OR
