Reinstate your OCA Membership Online!

Online is the easiest and most convenient way to renew (between August 1 - Sept. 30) or reinstate (after Oct. 1) your OCA membership. 

Before filling out the application, here's a few things you need to know:

    1. Have your credit card or debit card handy so you can pay your fees as soon as you submit your application. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through Google Checkout.
    2. Know which method you will use to prove your identity to OCA.
    3. If you have a new address, be 100% sure of the address where you will need service, the date your lease begins & ends, the utility services you will need, and your landlord's name and telephone number.
    4. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions
